Newport & South East Wales attended the Venues & Destination Summit 2009 at the Radisson Blu Stansted Airport hotel.

Newport & South East Wales successfully exhibited at Event UK in the NEC in Birmingham in September as part of Meet Wales. This is a cross-Wales brand especially created for exhibitions to promote the conference and event venues from across Wales.

Keep Britain Talking is the awareness campaign run by VisitBritain to encourage business in the UK to keep communicating through meetings and events, and also to support the UK meetings industry by holding those events in the UK

Newport & South East Wales will be exhibiting at Event UK at the NEC on the 22nd and 23rd September 2009, as part of a special Meet Wales stand.
