We can help arrange bespoke social or partner programmes.

If delegates are planning on bringing partners with them to a conference or event, or if your conference has the opportunity for the group to add a social element, we can provide lots of details of activities or places of internet to visit that you can enjoy during your stay in South East Wales.

How about visiting the historic town of Caerleon, the “fortress of the Legion” - it was one of the most important military sites in Britain under the Roman Empire. It was the home of the 2nd Augustan Legion, housing 5,000 soldiers and horsemen, with an amphitheatre, baths, shops and temples.

Today Caerleon is an attractive historic town with a selection of pubs, restaurants and tea rooms.  Aspects of Roman history are brought to life at the imaginatively displayed Fortress Baths, (opens new website) once a giant 'leisure centre' with heated changing rooms, swimming pool, huge gymnasium and baths halls.  The National Roman Legion Museum graphically portrays the daily life of the garrison with life size models

Or a pamper day at one of the areas Spa's?  Try one of the two fabulous spa's at the Celtic Manor Resort, or the spa at the Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel near Abergavenny.

Or how about a Medieval Banquet in a Norman Castle for your team?  This can be arranged at Caldicot Castle,   A magical night will start from Caldicot Castle’s drawbridge at 7pm, from whence you will be invited to the castle bar for the supping of pre-banquet drinks. At 8pm you will be escorted to the Guardroom and introduced to the evening’s Baron and Baroness, after which you will ascend the Tower's spiral staircase to take a seat at your table in Caldicot Castle's atmospheric Great Hall.  The Medieval Banquet will end at approximately 10.30pm, last drinks served at 11.45pm and the Castle’s portcullis will be dropped at midnight.

We can help to organise any of the above suggestions together with many others, just contact us for more information.
